Himalayan Nest Student Hostel has been home to students from all over Nepal since 2015. Located in a peaceful alley just minutes away from Putalisadak and Bagbazar's educational hub, we provide an ideal, distraction-free environment for ambitious scholars, college students, and exam aspirants. Our premises feature 24/7 CCTV surveillance, biometric security, dedicated in-house warden supervision, and daily room housekeeping. Fresh, hygienic meals prepared in our modern kitchen ensure students stay energized and healthy throughout their academic journey.

General

  1. 1The main gate closes at 8:30 PM. Late entry requires prior permission from the warden.
  2. 2Visitors are allowed only in the reception area, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  3. 3Smoking, alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Rooms

  1. 4Keep your room clean and tidy. Rooms are inspected every Saturday.
  2. 5Switch off lights, fans and chargers when leaving the room.
  3. 6Cooking inside rooms is not allowed.

Fees

  1. 7Monthly fees must be paid by the 10th of each month.
  2. 8One month's notice is required before leaving the hostel. The security deposit is refunded after clearance.

Study

  1. 9Silence hours are 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please respect others' study time.

What is included in the monthly fee?

The monthly fee includes your bed, three meals a day, Wi-Fi, water, electricity and room cleaning. Laundry detergent and personal items are not included.

Is there an admission fee or security deposit?

Yes. A one-time admission fee is charged when you join, plus a refundable security deposit equal to one month's fee.

Can parents visit?

Of course. Parents and guardians are welcome any day between 9 AM and 6 PM.

How do I book a bed?

What documents are needed for admission?

A copy of your citizenship or college ID, two passport-size photos and your guardian's contact number.
